03 / 04 — Scheduling

Cal

Your availability as a link. People pick a slot, everyone gets a calendar invite, and nobody pays $12 a month for the privilege. In the works.

One link. Done.
Zero emails back and forth.

01

Booking pages

One link per meeting type: 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Share it and never email times again.

02

Timezone detection

Guests see slots in their timezone, you see them in yours. Nobody does math.

03

Buffers & limits

Padding before and after, max meetings per day, minimum notice. Your calendar, defended.

04

Round-robin

Distribute bookings across the team automatically. Fair by default.

05

Calendar sync

Google Calendar in and out. Busy blocks respected, invites written automatically.

06

Confirmations & reminders

Automatic emails for booking, reminder and cancellation. No-shows drop.

07

Custom questions

Ask what you need before the call: agenda, phone number, anything.

08

Drop your booking page into any site with one snippet.

09

API & webhooks

Create event types and read bookings from your own tools.

With Zerosoft

$0

Calendly Standard costs about $12 per user per month. Ten people scheduling: $1,440 a year, every year. Cal costs $0.

A

Self-host it

Download the code, run it on your server, change whatever you want. It is yours under an open license — today, tomorrow, and if we ever disappear.

$0 / forever

B

We run it for you

Login, backups, updates and uptime included. You pay exactly what the cloud costs us. Not a cent more, ever.

At cost / of the cloud

Fair questions.
Zero fine print.

Is it really free?

Yes. Open source, so self-hosting costs nothing. If we host it, you pay only the cloud at cost. Scheduling is bits and a calendar API — it was never worth $12 a month.

Can I migrate from Calendly?

Recreating your event types takes minutes — durations, buffers and questions all map over. Your old booking links can redirect to your new ones, so nothing breaks.

What happens if Zerosoft shuts down?

You would not notice. Self-host the same code on your server, export your bookings, and your links keep working on your domain.

Can I self-host it?

Yes. Clone, run, connect your calendar, share your link. No license server, no feature flags, no premium tier hiding the good parts.

When does it ship?

Cal ships in Q2 2027. Write to hola@zerosoft.ai and we will let you know the moment it opens.
